Welcome, and thank you for trusting me with your hair. Please read these policies before booking — booking an appointment means you accept them.

Arrive with clean, dry, detangled hair unless your service notes say otherwise. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled so the rest of the day stays on time.

Please come alone when possible. The studio is a small space and I want everyone to be comfortable.

Prices are estimates until I see your hair in person. Color and extension work is quoted after consultation, and any change in scope is discussed with you before we begin.

I ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. That window lets me offer the time to someone on the waitlist.

Cancellations inside 48 hours are treated as late cancellations and may be charged a fee.

No-shows are charged 80% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may mean prepayment is required for future bookings.

Deposits hold your time on the calendar and are required for color and extension appointments.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your deposit applies only to the appointment it was paid for — it does not carry over to a rescheduled or future appointment, and it cannot be moved to another guest.

The deposit is credited toward your service total on the day of your appointment.

Custom purchases are final sale. This includes custom-blended color and any extension hair ordered for you.

Once hair is ordered or color is mixed for your specific formula, it cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or applied to another service.

Extension hair is billed separately from labor and is not included in any service price listed on this site.
